Raised in Australia’s Country Music Capital, Dimity moved to New York to pursue a career in Art Direction. With roots in Scandinavia, the UK, and China, she’s always seen food as a powerful connector made stronger by it’s diversity.
Her passion for food and design has led her to work with brands like Martha Stewart, Bon Appétit, Food & Wine and WW. She was Creative Director at Cooking Light and led digital campaigns at MXM for brands like Barilla Pasta.
In 2018, she launched her own creative agency, partnering with food and beverage clients on strategy, branding, and design. She later added UX/UI skills to her toolkit, expanding into web and app design.
Most recently, as Creative Director at CookUnity, the chef-crafted meal subscription and delivery service, she worked with brand and visual strategy, overseeing design across packaging, social, CRM, chef community initiatives, with heavy focus on on-set direction for reels, still photography and all content creation.
